The school year will consist of a minimum of 180 teaching days with at least 10 administrative days for faculty and staff. The tentative student calendar for the 2009-10 school year has students beginning classes Wednesday, August 12, 2009, with the first semester ending Friday, December 18, 2009, for a total of 86 teaching days.
